Replace the existing single span concrete flat slab bridge with single span concrete flat slab bridge. Approach rehabilitation includes base aggregate dense, common excavation, and HMA pavement.

Traffic impacts: No detour provided. Lake Maria Road closed to through traffic. Traveling public can go around Lake Maria Road by using Oak Grove Road and CTH EE (N/S) and CTH AS (E/W).
